It is recommended that you complete the registration form and submit it to the manufacturer so that you will be accessible to them in the future. At Ltronics, we sell new products, and the warranty is in the package. In an event where the warranty is not included, we will make every effort to inform you in advance before completion of your purchaes. Foreverelectronics is a reseller, and cannot take responsibility for the manufacturer's lack of warranty. We can guarantee, however, that our associates only obtain the best products. Quality is our middle name.

Shipping Information:
Merchandise leave our warehouse between 2-3 business days. Longer periods may apply for international purchases, and jewelry.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Full refund will be granted withing 30 days upon receipt of the product.
Ltronics must be in it's original containers. Fabrics must be pristine and unworn.
Return Policy:
Returnable Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of your product's shipping date. Certain exceptions and exclusions apply and more information can be found on the product page for the item in question.
From and after thirty (30) days from your product’s shipping date, we cannot accept returns of any product. If you require Technical Support, Manufacturer Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Any return to us requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA Number”). We cannot and will not accept returns, of any type, without a RMA Number.
To receive an RMA Number, please email us and request an RMA Number. You will be required to provide us with the customer name, invoice number, serial number and the information on the problem.
Returnable Products are only returnable if an RMA# was obtained within (30) Thirty days of the original date of shipment. The Returnable Product must be 100% complete, in BRAND NEW and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Ltronics will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
In all instances, Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
Non-Returnable Products and special ordered items, televisions & monitors over 21", jewelry, leather products, large screen televisions come with at-home service
and can not be returned even when defective, .
Foreverelectronics does not accept returns on Cellular phones, even when the product is unopened. If a unit is found to be 'dead on arrival' (if it does not power on after receiving, charging and activating the product), providing the customer notifies our customer service department by email within 48 hours of receipt of the defective item, we will exchange the product for an identical item.
Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be returned for refund or exchange, nor can these orders be cancelled or refused once shipped. (we may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
Cell Phones Warranty Foreverelectronics merchandise is covered by its respective manufacturer's warranty. Foreverelectronics does not provide a warranty of its own.
If your product has a manufacturers defect, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer to take advantage of their warranty as applicable.
Products that are delivered in damaged condition: If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions. Do not use products that are delivered to you in damaged condition.
Defective products will be accepted by foreverelectronics for credit or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to foreverelecftronics will bear the
cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days).

How do I track my package?
You will be supplied with a tracking number.
Do I have to wait at my home or office all day for my delivery?
For your security and protection, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order between the hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, M-F excluding holidays. We deliver our orders via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. The drivers delivery routes change from day to day so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. The driver may decide whether or not to leave the order unattended. If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made.
What happens if I need to specify a delivery date/time for my order?
We are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered.
What does shipping cost?
To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the shipping cost will be per item. It also shows the total cost of shipping and handling of your entire order near the bottom of the page. You can also find out the cost of different shipping methods (Ground, Second-Day and Next-Day).
Why was my order sent in multiple boxes when it could have all fit in one?
Ltronics packages the items according to safety for your items, weight, and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are used is due to multiple warehouse locations. Naturally, if the items are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed together.

What happens now?
If the shipment is "returned to shipper", Jptronics will receive the packages back and then credit the customer in full less any shipping and handling charges, including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are
refused then only the items received back will be refunded.
Is shipping added cumulatively for each item I order or does shipping reduce when you purchase multiple items?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Shipping charge is always per the website.
Does Ltronics.com cross ship items?
No. We absolutely do not cross ship.
What do I do if an item is received damaged?
If an item is received with obvious damage during transit by the courier, please show the damage to the driver and have him make a note of it and refuse the shipment, Please email Customer
Services to notify us so we may get a head start on a damage claim. In the event you did not notice the damage before it was
delivered please email Customer Services to start a damage claim with the courier. Please be advised we will issue a reshipment or a refund whenever the claim is resolved.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Before notifying us about a lost package, Please make sure that the delivery time frame has passed We ship from Zip 11211 and you can calculate the delivery time for ups by clicking here , if it is in fact lost please email us so we may start an immediate tracer with the courier. Please be advised a tracer with the couriers, UPS et all, usually takes about 8 business days.
At the final conclusion a refund will be tendered when the claim is concluded
