ERRORS
If an incorrect price is listed due to an error, we, Forever Electronics, reserves the right to refuse or void sale on any order placed for the listed product. Even if the order has been confirmed, and you were charged, we reserved the right to cancel and refuse your order. Naturally, a refund will be made in such an event with sum in question.
Price changes will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed orders. We reserve the right to limit quanity on some products.
PAYMENT
PRESENTLY, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING 2checkout and checks or money orders, subject to change.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Charges will be seperate for shipping and handling, and will be detailed in the Forever
Electronics invoice. By law we are required to charge taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of all taxes related to the products shipped. Exceptions to taxes are waived to those outside NY according to tax law.
RESPONSIBILITY RISK OF LOSS
Products become the property of the buyer once shipped.
COLORS
Because of thes differences in computers, the color of the products may not display accurately. On our site, the colors are accurately represented;how it translates on your monitor is beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY
Products that were expressed directly from Forever Electronics must adhere to the return policy set in place by Forever Electronics. A return authorization code is needed.
